If you have questions about any projects in the Enthought Tool Suite, please ask them on the Enthought-dev mailing list, (which is also available via gmane, if you don’t want it in your inbox).
There is also IRC channel for Enthought open source software: #enthought-dev on chat.freenode.net.
If you have questions specifically about the Chaco package, you can ask them on the Chaco-users mailing list, which is lower in traffic than the Enthought-dev list.
Additional information about some Enthought open source projects is available on the Enthought wiki, which is integrated with our issue tracker.
If you have questions about the Enthought Python Distribution, please look for an answer first on the EPD wiki and EPD FAQ pages.
