Enthought Python Distribution

Carrying Python's "batteries included" to the next level, Enthought Python Distribution provides a wide variety of useful Python packages, beyond those included with the standard distribution, right out of the box. See the EPD Library List for complete contents and versions.

Enthought Python Distribution is designed to be easy to initially install and easy to update as you need new versions of included packages — or even other packages.

EPD is free for academic and hobbyist use; commercial and government users can pay for individual or enterprise licenses.
